After graduating in Philosophy from the University of Turin, Niccolò started his career at Eurosearch Consultants as a researcher. He then joined the Ferrero confectionery group (Luxembourg, Monaco, Alba) from 1996 until 2002, where he progressed from Product and Brand Management roles to being the Group's Organisation Director.

In 2002 he became a Partner at Eurosearch Consultants and now manages the Company.

He was the Chairman of the ECI International Group until 2019.
