Max Meyer Principal
In 2009 Max started his career at MEYER & SOEHNE during his A-Levels. After graduating he spent time in Los Angeles as a general management intern for a renowned Golf Club.
Subsequently, he continued gaining experience at MEYER & SOEHNE during his time at university. After receiving his degree in Business Management at the University of Greifswald, Max joined Odgers Berndtson, one of the “Big Six” global executive search consultancies in Frankfurt. Within Odgers Berndtson he quickly grew in different roles from Associate to Consultant to Senior Consultant and finally as the Team-lead for Odgers Berndtsons’ German Manufacturing Practice, making him the youngest Team-leads for the company.
In 2022 Max returned to MEYER & SOEHNE. In his work as an industry specialist his clients include globally and locally active SMEs, owner-managed family businesses, and large corporations, for whom he deploys his executive search competence across functional and industry boundaries.
