Following a successful early career in financial recruitment, Mark progressed into a broader executive search capacity 25 years ago. He has worked for large corporate organisations (including completing a management buyout and subsequent flotation on the LSE), has run smaller individually tailored search firms and has acted as an independent consultant across a variety of sectors.

Mark has delivered mandates across most European countries and has been an active member on the global executive committee for a worldwide network of 40 independent search firms. More recently he has focused on the IT Healthcare domain, appointing many influential senior executives supplying into the NHS and broader healthcare services.
