Kateryna began her career at international executive search firms such as Ward Howell and Mercuri Urval, where she managed end-to-end recruitment projects and delivered tailored talent solutions to clients across various industries. With over four years of experience in recruitment and HR, she has developed strong communication skills through close collaboration with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.

Since 2023, Kateryna has also taken on the role of Learning & Development Specialist, where she designs and delivers training programs aimed at fostering employee growth, enhancing performance, and building a culture of continuous learning. Her combined expertise in recruitment and L&D enables her to take a well-rounded, strategic approach to talent development.

Kateryna holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, providing her with a strong foundation in business strategy and the ability to align HR initiatives with broader organisational goals. Known for her customer-focused mindset, excellent time management, and ability to perform under pressure, she consistently brings structure and clarity to complex challenges.
