Iain’s executive search career commenced in a small UK firm where he opened and grew a specialist rail division. He spent 12 years with one of the UKs leading independents, then a PE backed, US headquartered firm before joining Hanover Fox as Partner in 2025. Iain focusses on Chair, NED and senior executive mandates in the UK and internationally, collaborating with colleagues in the UK and across the ECI Group. He has placed transformational leaders across mainland Europe, the Middle East, US, India and Australia.
