Originally from Australia, Hakan  graduated from the Charles Sturt University in 1997.

He started working with the largest international executive search firm, Korn/Ferry and moved to the UAE some 15 years ago. 

He was particularly interested in contributing to the region’s many opportunities, as it develops from a maturing business economy. He founded Alac Partners in 2008. 

Respecting the admirable existing family and historical culture, whilst introducing a more professional and global approach to businesses and Boards, he was determined to play a role in the development of this region. This is what continues to inspire him today.
