After studying Organizational Sociology, Political Science and Psychology at the Freie Universität of Berlin, Eike has spent more than 16 years in recruiting and talent-related roles. He began his career with an IT recruitment firm in Munich. He later held senior HR leadership positions at Sky AG, serving as Senior HR Business Partner in Munich and Head of HR in Vienna. He subsequently assumed multiple leadership roles at Vetter Pharma in Ravensburg, shaping recruiting and talent strategies. Most recently, Eike served as Director Talent Attractiveness & Acquisition at Dürr AG in Bietigheim-Bissingen and was a member of the HR Board.
