Cliff was educated in Economics at Leeds Beckett and Case Western Reserve Universities - Weatherhead School of Management where he gained an Executive MBA in 2007.

He has lived in The UK, USA, Singapore and China and has had a varied career working in Retail, Information Technology, Aluminum Manufacturing and Management Consulting before coming in to Executive Search 14 years ago.

His roles have included Retail Management, IT Sales, Computer Programming, IT Project Management, Manufacturing Operations Planning, Management Consulting and Search.

He has held a lifelong passion for environmentalism and as achieved significant leadership successes in both the UK and North America in this regard. He manages  2 NGO’s in Project Blueskye & Beenevolence with his wife and Fitco business partner, Katherine.
