Cindy is the founder and managing principal of BeecherHill. Throughout her career, Cindy has led hundreds of C-level searches and recruited executives nationally and internationally to organizations headquartered in the Midwest.
Cindy is ardently service-minded and maintains an ongoing commitment to the community. Currently, she serves on the boards of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, COSI, Pelotonia, The Ohio State University Medical Center, the James Cancer Hospital Foundation, Copper Run, and The Ohio State University Foundation.
Cindy graduated from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting.
