Following a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, Chiara worked in the international division of major insurance broker Willis where she progressed rapidly, latterly opening the office in Milan. She then completely changed sector and worked in the music industry for major and independent labels for five years, focusing on promotion and marketing before managing the Milan office of a privately owned music label.

She subsequently worked for an internet company, translating the whole ERP software suite, and continued in the translation sector (mainly legal, finance and fashion) for many years. She entered the world of executive search in 2013, initially managing the ECI Network and providing support in its structuring and development. She has since worked as a senior consultant in Italy.
