Xavier Tandonnet Managing Partner
Xavier first studied French literature, before graduating in private business law and political science. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
After five years in the French Marine Corps, he joined an anglo-saxon recruitment firm in 2000.
Following his entrepreneurial dreams, he founded aperlead in 2004 and runs it as managing partner.
Xavier is also a former lecturer at Sciences Po Paris, participates actively as a member of groups (CUI, SAR), professional associations (ANDRH, Syntec, MEDEF) and of a think-tank (GRT).
