Loubna is an Associate Partner with an international career spanning consulting, industry and executive search. After early experience in London, Paris and Dubai, she graduated in 2010 with a Master’s degree in Management from ESC Clermont Business School in France.

She immediately joined Michelin and moved to Dubai to help set up its Africa, India & Middle East headquarters. In 2014, she became the first woman to lead Michelin’s franchise development in the field, in a region where few women had held such a role, and she drove the business forward.

In 2018, the pull of family and the appeal of Germany as an industrial powerhouse brought her to Meyer & Soehne GmbH, where she took on international Executive Search. From 2020 to 2025, she led the ECI Network, deepening international collaboration, raising service standards and building a culture of quality, trust and excellence.

Fluent in French, English, Arabic, German and Spanish, Loubna connects people and cultures across borders. Living and working in different countries taught her that empathy, openness and cultural understanding are what make collaboration succeed.

Today, as Associate Partner, she brings that perspective to every executive search. She believes the right people in the right roles can change organisations, and that the work is about far more than filling positions: it is about making potential visible and enabling long-term development. What she enjoys most is helping people discover their full potential.
