Salima Cedeno Rodriguez ECI Group Manager
Salima holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. Before moving into Executive Search, she gained several years of experience in the retail industry, working with international brands such as Levi Strauss & Co., Scotch & Soda and Adidas.
In 2021, Salima joined Odgers Berndtson in Frankfurt as a Research Analyst. She worked on national and international Executive Search assignments, specialising in Executive Research, Direct Search, Talent Mapping and Market Analysis, with a particular focus on Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing and Chemicals.
In October 2026, Salima joined Meyer & Söhne as a Research Consultant and took on the role of Network Manager for the ECI Group. Alongside her involvement in Executive Search projects, she coordinates the international ECI network, maintains relationships with its members and supports collaboration across partner firms, as well as the further development and expansion of the network.

Salima enjoys reading, cooking and exploring cuisines from around the world. She loves travelling and backpacking, discovering new cultures and places along the way. On weekends, she enjoys playing padel and dancing salsa.
